James J. Sorebo, CLU

James J. Sorebo, CLU is President and CEO of Four Seasons Financial Group, Inc. (FSFG), a wholesale provider of fixed and variable life, annuities and pensions to banks and broker/dealers nationally.  Jim provides the vision and leadership for FSFG.

Jim started his financial services career in 1979 and was an executive with an industry leading insurance and investment company.  While there, he led the company’s wholesaling efforts and was president of a wholly owned subsidiary.

As a recognized speaker and sales trainer, Jim has been a featured speaker before industry trade groups like Life Insurance and Market Research Association (LIMRA), bank and broker/dealer sales conferences and insurance company conventions.

A graduate of Minnesota State University with a B.S in Business Administration, Jim is a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and member of the Society of Financial Service Professionals, Bank Insurance and Securities Association (BISA) and International Association of Financial Planners.

Jim is the former Vice-Chair and current Board member of Brokerage Resources of America (BRAMCO), the premier national association of insurance and investment wholesale firms.  He is also a PAC Board Member of National Association of Independent Life Brokerage Agencies (NAILBA).  Additionally, he participates in the Associationfor Advanced Life Underwriting (AALU) Ambassadors Program, building relationships with the Members of Congress on the issues affecting our industry.

Additionally, Jim serves on the advisory board for The Lone Survivor Foundation, which restores, empowers, and renews hope for our wounded warriors and their families.

Jim resides in Medford, New Jersey with his wife, Kathy, and has two daughters, Madeline and Allison. When not involved with family, Jim is often found on the golf course or enjoying a good bottle of wine with friends.
